I am not sure which size to get, I think I am in between sizes. What would you recommend for me?
Keep in your mind that our yoga wear is made from a perfectly stretchy fabric and acts as your second skin, which means it’s made to be tight. We are all different, with different body shapes and sizes, and all of us have a preferred wear. If you prefer tighter fit, we would recommend purchasing a smaller size. If you prefer looser fit, our suggestion would be a larger size for you. We hope to provide you with the best yoga wear we possibly can. We do accept exchanges in case you are not 100% satisfied with your product.

What happens if an item that I would like to purchase is out of stock?
Do not worry! We are always in the process of making more of The Elements Co.’s gear. Keep checking back on our website for updated stock.

We accept credit and debit cards of all kinds. We also accept payments via Paypal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Oops! If you accidently ordered a wrong size/product/print email us right away while your order is still in “On-hold” stage – email@example.com. We will do our best to help you! Please remember, we cannot guarantee the change of the item if you act too late and it has been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation at any time. If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered, please arrange exchange.
What if my purchase is faulty?
If you have received a faulty product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. We will of course replace your item if the stock is available, offer you other products or refund you accordingly.
What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
The Elements Co. is proud to provide you with a high quality product and we hope you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, The Elements Co. will accept unwashed, unworn items for exchange or credit, within twenty (20) business days from the shipping date. Please email us for an “Exchange form” at email@example.com. The return shipping cost of the item(s) that you are willing to exchange is payable by the customer. We highly recommend using tracked method for safe delivery. The Elements Co. is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment will not be refunded. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
We only accept returns due to faulty items or if your order does not match your delivery. In this case, refund will be processed in 7-10 business days after confirmation was sent by The Elements Co. representative. If you have further questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Not a problem! The Elements Co. ships worldwide. We offer standard international shipping outside Australia and we will provide you with a tracking number and email confirmation of your shipment.
What is the best way to care for my The Elements Co. Yoga wear?
It is very easy to look after your The Elements Co. yoga wear to make sure it keeps its vibrant colour and perfect fit. It is recommended to machine wash and the initial water temperature should not exceed 30C. Please avoid using the dryer, it should be hung dried. Make sure you do not use bleach products and the items may not be smoothed or finished with an iron.
